Liverpool are closing in on a club-record deal to bring Roma winger Mohamed Salah to Anfield, according to the Daily Telegraph .
The Reds are willing to pay in excess of £35 million to sign the Egypt international and are hopeful of completing the deal within a week.
ARSENAL HAND WENGER £150M BUDGET
Arsenal are expected to spend big next season with the club handing Arsene Wenger a £150 million budget, according to the Daily Star .
Despite leading the Gunners to a disappointing fifth-place finish and missing out on the Champions League, the French coach was handed a new deal by the club and will be given a huge transfer war chest in order to restore the club to its former glory.
Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe is said to be a target for the North London club, while Leicester star Riyad Mahrez is also on the radar.
MAN UTD NAME DE GEA PRICE
Manchester United are willing to let David de Gea join Real Madrid in the summer, but only if the Spanish giants meet their £80 million valuation of the goalkeeper.
The Spain international was on the verge of leaving for the Spanish capital in 2015, but a move failed to transpire when the clubs ran out of time on deadline day.
Real remain interested, however, and the Daily Mail say the Red Devils are willing to sell for the right price.
ARSENAL TO OFFER DEFENDER NEW DEAL
Arsenal centre-half Rob Holding is set for a new deal at the club, according to a report from The Mirror.
The 21-year-old, who signed from Bolton in a deal worth around £2.1 million, has impressed in his debut season at the Emirates and will be rewarded with an improved contract.
MAN UTD JOIN MBAPPE RACE
Manchester United are the latest European giant to join the race to sign Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe, according to The Sun .
Real Madrid and Arsenal have both shown an interest in the teenager, but United would be willing to smash the world transfer record paid for Paul Pogba to sign the France international.
VALENCIA TARGET HERRERA
Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has emerged as a target for Valencia, according to the Sunday Mirror .
The Red Devils are unwilling to sell the 27-year-old, but Valencia could bid in excess of £30 million to try and force United's hand.

AC Milan have opened talks with Celtic striker Moussa Dembele regarding a move to San Siro, according to Sky Sports .

LEICESTER WANT SIGURDSSON
Leicester City have made Swansea City midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson their No.1 target to replace Riyad Mahrez, according to The Sun .
The Foxes are resigned to losing Mahrez, and are ready to battle Everton and Tottenham to sign Iceland international Sigurdsson, who is valued at around £30 million.
ARDA AGREES ARSENAL TRANSFER
Turkey international midfielder Arda Turan has agreed to join Arsenal from Barcelona, according to El Desmarque .
Despite Turan's willingness to move to the Premier League club, the two sides are still negotiating over the transfer fee with Barcelona holding out for £26 million (€30m) for the 30-year-old.
MONACO REJECT CITY'S MENDY BID
Monaco have rejected an offer from Manchester City for defender Benjamin Mendy, reports the Sunday Telegraph .
Pep Guardiola's side have already secured the services of Bernardo Silva from the Ligue 1 champions, but will be required to spend more to sign a second player from Monaco.
City's initial bid has been turned down with Monaco seeking £40 million for the 20-year-old.
ZLATAN'S MAN UTD CAREER OVER
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has played his last game for Manchester United, according to the Daily Express .
The Swede's 12-month deal expires on June 30 and following his ACL injury in April, the Red Devils have apparently informed the striker that he will not be offered a new contract.
MADRID CONSIDER BALE SALE TO MAN UTD
Real Madrid are prepared to negotiate with Manchester United over the potential sale of Gareth Bale, according to The Independent .
Real are keen to sign a marquee forward this summer, with Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Monaco's Kylian Mbappe both targets, and may well sell Bale in order to fund a spending spree.
The Welshman is unlikely to come cheap, however, with any deal likely to cost United around £100 million.
BARCA IN ADVANCED SEMEDO TALKS
Barcelona are in advanced talks to sign Nelsen Semedo from Benfica, per Record .
Semedo has a £69 million release clause, and the right-back had been heavily linked with Manchester United, though Barca now appear set to seal a £43m deal.
MAN UTD TO UP PERISIC BID
Manchester United are ready to make a €52 million bid for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, Gazzetta dello Sport report.
United are interested in adding some more dynamism to their front line and have already offered €30m for the Croatia international, but they are now ready to firm up their interest with a bigger, more serious bid.
LIVERPOOL EYEING SALAH & BALDE
Liverpool are continuing negotiations to sign Mohamed Salah from Roma and are also interested in acquiring forward Keita Balde Diao from Lazio, according to ESPN .
Salah remains a key target for Jurgen Klopp's side, and they are also monitoring Balde's progress in Serie A ahead of a potential bid.

Bayern Munich are becoming increasingly confident that they can sign Alexis Sanchez this summer, according to the Mirror .
With just one year left on his contract with the Gunners, and the London club not wanting to let him go to a Premier League rival, the German club believe they can lure the Chilean to the Bundesliga to link up with countryman Arturo Vidal.
Manchester City and Chelsea are also believed to be chasing the Sanchez's signature this summer.
MAN UTD MAKE LACAZETTE MOVE
Manchester United have made an approach for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, according to L'Equipe .
The France international was all set to join Atletico Madrid, but the Liga outfit's failure to overturn their transfer ban has seen that move fall apart.
