The Blues are flying high under new manager Antonio Conte, who has taken them to the top of the Premier League table with 13 games to play this term.

Chelsea have been unstoppable in almost every game they’ve played home or away this year, but Hazard believes that the mood around Stamford Bridge has made a big difference for the players in their pursuit of the title.

Under Conte, Chelsea have won 11 of their 12 home league matches so far, and the Belgian is delighted with the improvement in atmosphere after a dip in morale under Jose Mourinho last season.

‘Yes, it’s significant,’ he told the London Evening Standard. ‘It’s difficult for the opponent to come here and win games.
