D’banj Going to Court Tomorrow Over N60million Debt Allegations

 

D’banj will be heading back to court tomorrow for the second hearing in the law suit filed against him by Vice Chairman of Broron Group and MindHub Technologies, Henry Ojogho over a N60million naira debt allegation.

Last year a debt allegation surfaced between D’banj’s company and DKM Media Limited when Henry Ojogho alleged that D’banj owes him and has refused to pay.

The debt, according to Henry, came about through a loan of over N60m granted D’banj’s company,  but which the singer is yet to pay back despite signing an undertaking to do so.

He also alleged that D’banj issued two cheques – one on December 20, 2013 and another on January 20, 2014, that had to be returned after presentation because his accounts didn’t have up to that.
