African Beach Soccer Championship: Nigeria to play Egypt, Sychelles and Ivory Coast

The draws for the 2015 African Beach Soccer Championship has been conducted.

Nigeria’s Beach Soccer national team, have been grouped alongside hosts Seychelles, Egypt and Ivory Coast in Group A of the preliminary round.

It will be the seventh appearance for Adamu Ejor Audu’s men, who were eliminated in the second round of the last edition in Morocco.

Senegal, who are the defending champions, are in Group B with Ghana, Morocco and Madagascar.

Nigeria open the competition against Seychelles on April 14.

The finalists will qualify to represent Africa at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in July.

Group A – Seychelles, Nigeria, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire

Group B – Senegal, Morocco, Ghana, Madagascar
