Fashola Calls on Leaders to Address Youth Unemployment.

Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola has called on Nigerian and other world leaders to address the problem of youth unemployment through innovative means. 

The Governor stated this at the graduation of two hundred and eighty six trainees of the state Agriculture Youth Empowerment Scheme, Agric-YES, and formal handing over of two hundred units of two-bedroom apartments to the farmers as well as other facilities at the Agric training institute at Araga in Epe Local Government Area.

He urged the leaders to be committed to creating new ideas and ways to provide economic opportunities.

Governor Fashola said the idea of the Agric-YES programme has provided opportunities for over three hundred youths to own their own homes, be self-sufficient, and further create employment for others.
