Today, Chinese lunar rover landed, making China the 3rd country that has ever successfully soft-landed on the moon. Chinese state television reported the Chang'e-3, a spacecraft carrying a lunar rover that will carry out experiment and collect geological samples, soft landed on the moon. The spacecraft left China 2 weeks ago and landed this Saturday morning. Soft Landing is when a rocket is designed to touch down as gently as possible.
