Anambra Election: Ngige, Ubah, Nwoye Accuse INEC, APGA of Complicity.

Prof Attahiru Jega, INEC Chairman

Major contenders in the Anambra Governorship election,  including Dr Ifeanyi Ubah of Labour Party,  Senator Chris Ngige of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Tony Nwonye of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Saturday expressed worries at the deliberate plans by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to disenfranchise their supporters from exercising their franchise.

Also,  Nwoye could not take part in the exercise as he could not find his name in the voter’s register at his Nsugbe Ward 1 polling booth in Anambra East Local Government Area.
Nwonye's parents were not spared as they could not also vote just as he alleged that over 30 percent of his supporters were disenfranchised as they could not trace their names in the register.
